Music or no music, that is the question as I continue the Marathon Makeover training.
Should I listen to music while walking/running or not. I’ve done both and I’m still not sure which is better. Both have their pluses. Did get some good advice during one of the Saturday meetings that you should leave ear plugs out of one ear so you can hear what is going on for safety reasons.
I talked to friend yesterday who said she can never work out without music. I don’t no if I would quite be on that…
